ARTHUR G. HE ALSO SPECIALIZES IN CRIMINAL LAW, ESTATE WORK( WILLS AND ESTATES), MATRIMONIAL WORK AND REAL ESTATE WORK.

Arthur G. Trakas has been a single practitioner since 1994, working vigorously to achieve the best possible settlements and verdicts. He is well respected by the defense and insurance companies because of his extensive case preparation, legal analysis, access to experts and other resources. He is a member of the New York bar, licensed in New York state Civil and Supreme courts, and admitted to the Federal Court. Arthur is currently General Counsel for Risk Control Strategies, an international securities firm; General Counsel of Pan Gregorian International Organization of Restaurant Owners; General Counsel of the Institute for Advice to the Affluent, providing legal services to high net-worth individuals; General Counsel of Page Real Estate, owners and managers of multiple dwelling properties in Queens. Previously he was General Partner of Montell, Trakas & Marciano, a 40-year-old real estate and criminal law firm. Arthur received his J.D. from the University of Bridgeport, his M.A. in Criminal Justice from John Jay College, and his B.A. in Political Science from Stony Brook University. He attended Stuyvesant High School in Manhattan, played college baseball and hockey, and was a minor league baseball pro for one year. He lives with his wife in New York and has two grown children.
